Fab offer on the new England Shirts

When I was younger I would only ever wear football kits, wherever I went, weddings, parties, holidays and I was really lucky because I had probably the biggest selection of kit out, there was probably no other kid with as many kits as me, only now as I am getting older do I realise how much it cost my parents to keep me in all these kits...

So when I came across this fab offer from JJB today, I just had to share it with you.

England will be unveiling their new look home kit at the match on the 28th March 2009 when they play Ukraine at Wembley at 5.15pm. The actual kit does not go on sale until 1st April 2009, but you can pre-order yours at JJB now. They have a limited amount of shirts that can be yours for only £5!!! All you have to do is either hotfoot it to your nearest store with the printable voucher or pre-order online at http://www.jjbsports.com/.

Scholes the Genius

You do not have to be a Manchester United fan to appreciate the performance of Paul Scholes last night. His performance should be put on a DVD and used to show midfield players how to play. His goal was a fantastic strike, his passing was spot on, whether it was the length or weight of passing, everybody who he lined up received the ball. He was instrumental in every move that Manchester United made.

All youngsters watching the match, it was like a masterclass, straight from the training ground into a proper game. Last night Paul Scholes showed again the reason that he is so highly thought of in the game, he may not have a lot to say for himself off the pitch, but thats because he lets his talking be done on the pitch where it should be.

One of the reasons that Manchester United continue to do well is that they now have a wonderful balance of experienced world class players and up and coming young stars.
